The School of Public Administration of Mzumbe University offers a minimum of three years PhD degree by research in Public Administration. The general objective of the programme is to train
candidates to become independent inetnational researchers in lien with the current and future
requirements for research, supervision and dissemination of knowledge in the areas of public
administration and management.
